EFU Life Assurance Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager for Organization Capacity & Skills to enhance the company's workforce capabilities and drive organizational growth. This role focuses on developing and implementing strategies that strengthen organizational performance and foster talent development. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in organizational development and performance management, coupled with excellent analytical and project management skills. The position requires close collaboration across departments to identify skill gaps and create effective development initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and objectives. This role does not involve managing a team but requires effective coordination and communication with stakeholders across various levels of the organization. The Assistant Manager will play a pivotal role in workforce planning, change management, and the application of performance management systems. Their responsibilities include monitoring key performance indicators and supporting programs to boost employee capabilities, contributing directly to EFU Life Assurance Ltd.’s mission of delivering excellence in life insurance services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for organizational capacity building to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted learning and development programs.
- Support the design and maintenance of performance management systems to monitor and improve workforce effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align talent development initiatives with organizational goals and business strategies.
- Facilitate change management efforts by communicating effectively with stakeholders and coordinating related projects.
- Analyze workforce data and key performance indicators to provide actionable insights and support evidence-based decision-making.
- Coordinate programs aimed at building organizational capability and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in workforce planning activities, ensuring that talent pipelines meet current and future organizational needs.
- Maintain strong engagement with internal and external stakeholders to support collaborative efforts in organizational development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices in all organizational capacity and skills initiatives.
