Assistant/Deputy Manager - Digital PR, Collaboration, & Influencer Marketing

EFU Life Assurance Ltd. is seeking an Assistant/Deputy Manager specialized in Digital Public Relations, Collaboration, and Influencer Marketing to strengthen the brand's digital presence and reputation. The role focuses on developing and executing strategic digital PR initiatives, influencer partnerships, and brand collaborations that enhance brand visibility and engagement across digital channels. This position involves identifying and nurturing relationships with influencers, creators, media platforms, communities, and strategic partners to create meaningful and authentic brand advocacy. The incumbent supports integrated marketing campaigns that extend beyond traditional paid media, driving organic and culturally relevant conversations about the brand. Proficiency in campaign management, content amplification, media outreach, analytics, and brand reputation management is essential. This position does not require team management but demands strong relationship-building skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage collaborations with internal and external stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital PR strategies aligning with EFU Life Assurance Ltd.’s brand and communication objectives.
• Identify and leverage digital media opportunities to generate positive brand conversations across online publications, communities, and relevant platforms.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with digital publishers, journalists, editors, content creators, and online media outlets to amplify brand presence.
• Create PR initiatives around product launches, campaigns, partnerships, corporate milestones, and thought leadership to foster brand recognition and trust.
• Monitor online discourse to detect reputational risks and opportunities, supporting crisis management efforts across digital channels.
• Track and analyze PR coverage, engagement, reach, sentiment, and overall impact of earned media to inform strategic decisions.
• Build and nurture a dynamic influencer and creator ecosystem aligned with brand target audiences, encompassing diverse categories such as lifestyle, wellness, finance, and social impact.
• Assess influencers based on audience relevance, credibility, engagement quality, brand alignment, and historical performance rather than just follower count.
• Design and manage influencer marketing strategies, including campaign briefs, content requirements, negotiation, contracting, briefing, approvals, execution, and detailed reporting.
• Develop long-lasting relationships with high-value creators to establish a continuous brand advocate network.
• Ensure all influencer communications comply with brand guidelines, regulatory standards, and corporate positioning to maintain consistency and credibility.
• Identify and pursue strategic collaboration opportunities with brands, platforms, communities, startups, institutions, and events that align with corporate objectives.
• Craft mutually beneficial partnership proposals that enhance brand visibility, audience access, and corporate value.
• Manage stakeholder coordination for seamless execution of collaborative campaigns and community initiatives.
• Support campaign and content amplification by translating marketing objectives into influencer-led and partnership-based content activation plans.
• Identify cultural events, trending topics, and conversations to leverage and extend campaign relevance and engagement.
• Collaborate closely with creative, media, content, and brand teams to ensure uniform messaging across all digital touchpoints.
• Drive digital amplification efforts for events and experiential marketing activities by creating influencer and media engagement plans.
• Lead the development of influencer and media-generated buzz before, during, and after key brand events or activations.
• Support social impact and corporate responsibility initiatives by amplifying sustainability, educational, health, and social programs through digital PR and influencer efforts.
• Work with NGO and institutional partners to authentically communicate the company’s social impact and measurable outcomes.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators for digital PR, influencer marketing, and partnerships to measure effectiveness and return on investment.
• Develop detailed performance reports and use analytic insights to optimize future campaigns and collaborative initiatives.
• Maintain an organized database of influencers, media contacts, partners, campaign outcomes, and performance metrics for continuous learning and strategy refinement.
