As a vital part of EFU Life Assurance Ltd.’s talent acquisition team, the Assistant/Deputy Manager drives the continuous improvement of recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent. The candidate applies a client-centric approach and is adaptable to changing market conditions and hiring demands. They leverage expertise in employer branding and conflict resolution to build a positive candidate experience and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified candidates using various channels and innovative sourcing techniques to meet organizational hiring needs.
- Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records and smooth recruitment workflows.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews efficiently between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and provide consultative recruitment support.
- Implement and promote employer branding strategies to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
- Analyze recruitment data, including candidate pipelines and hiring metrics, using advanced Excel functions to optimize talent acquisition strategies.
- Identify patterns and high-potential talent beyond conventional profiles through vigilant data observation and industry knowledge.
- Adapt recruitment plans based on situational judgment and performance results to improve hiring outcomes continually.
- Resolve conflicts professionally and foster positive communication among candidates, hiring managers, and recruitment teams.
- Apply strong negotiation and persuasion skills to engage candidates and close offers successfully.
- Maintain a client-focused approach by delivering excellent candidate and hiring manager experiences with accountability and ownership.
