Description
- Knowledge of ERP System such as Oracle EBS, SAP & MS Dynamics
- Master Data Management of Suppliers, Customers, Inventory Itms, Price List & Modifiers etc
- Provide day to day functional support for Oracle EBS R12 Application
- Basic Knowledge of Order-to-Cash cycle, Procure to Pay, Shipping Execution, Oracle Pricing, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger
- Good understanding of MS Office
- Effective communication & presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain master data for suppliers, customers, inventory items, price lists, and modifiers within ERP systems including Oracle EBS, SAP, and MS Dynamics.
- Provide daily functional support for the Oracle EBS R12 application to ensure smooth operation and timely resolution of any system issues.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of master data to support critical business processes such as order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, shipping execution, pricing, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, analyze, and update master data in alignment with business requirements and compliance standards.
- Perform regular audits and validations of ERP master data to detect and correct discrepancies promptly.
- Assist in the implementation and enhancement of ERP system functionalities, providing feedback to technical teams for continuous improvement.
- Prepare clear and comprehensive reports and presentations related to master data status, process improvements, and system performance.
- Support training initiatives by guiding users on effective use of ERP master data management and system procedures.
- Maintain thorough documentation of master data processes, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance and knowledge sharing.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools effectively to generate analysis, dashboards, and communication materials that support business decision-making.
Education: Minimum Bachelor's in Accounting & Finance
