Al Ghazi Tractors is seeking a qualified Search Engine and Transmission Operator with a strong background in technical documentation and at least 10 years of relevant experience. This role requires thorough understanding of machinery, particularly in the context of search engine operation and transmission systems. The ideal candidate will handle the precise operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of engine and transmission components to ensure optimal performance and durability. The operator will work closely with engineers and technical managers to maintain smooth operations, support documentation processes, and comply with company standards under the guidance of the general manager. The role is central to maintaining the efficiency and reliability of heavy equipment utilized by Al Ghazi Tractors, contributing significantly to the company’s operational success.
Responsibilities
- Operate search engine and transmission systems according to manufacturer guidelines and safety standards.
- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery to identify and resolve potential faults.
- Maintain accurate and detailed technical documentation related to engine and transmission operations and maintenance.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and collaborate with engineers for timely repairs and upgrades.
- Ensure all machinery operates efficiently and meets performance benchmarks set by Al Ghazi Tractors.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies during all operational tasks.
- Assist in troubleshooting complex mechanical problems and communicate findings effectively to the technical team.
- Support the general manager by providing insights on operational improvements and equipment reliability.
- Keep abreast of technological advancements in engine and transmission systems and recommend adoption when applicable.
- Report operational data and maintenance activities in a timely and organized manner.
