This position does not involve managing a team, but requires strong independence, adaptability, and a commitment to expanding the company’s customer base and service network throughout the designated region.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential clients, business opportunities, and emerging market trends.
• Generate leads through direct engagement with shop owners, freelancers, skilled workers, and other service providers within Lahore.
• Qualify leads to ensure they meet company criteria and prioritize high-potential prospects for follow-up.
• Work independently to achieve assigned weekly and monthly targets related to sales and business development objectives.
• Maintain regular field visits within Lahore using personal motorcycle or bike to meet prospective partners and clients.
• Build and nurture lasting relationships with stakeholders to support onboarding efforts and promote company services.
• Provide accurate and timely reporting on lead generation, market insights, and progress toward targets to management.
• Demonstrate confidence and energy in all interactions to positively represent the company and influence decision makers.
• Adapt to changing market dynamics and client needs by continuously refining strategies and business development approaches.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain safe driving practices while traveling for business purposes.
