Aminex Travels & Tours seeks a motivated Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales through effective lead generation and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role demands a thorough understanding of our travel products and services to deliver persuasive sales pitches and close deals successfully. Experience in a fast-paced sales environment with at least one year of relevant experience is essential. Although this position does not involve managing a team, the candidate should demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to engage potential clients and work collaboratively with internal departments to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads through research, networking, and outreach to potential clients interested in travel services.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Develop comprehensive product knowledge to effectively present and promote travel packages and services.
- Deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the needs and interests of diverse clients.
- Utilize The Challenger Sale methodology to challenge customers’ thinking and offer innovative travel solutions.
- Employ Closing Techniques to finalize sales and ensure a smooth transaction process.
- Track sales activities and client interactions using Customer Relationship Management tools to maintain organized records and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to inform product development and service improvements.
- Manage time efficiently to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Continuously improve sales skills and knowledge through training and market research to stay competitive in the travel industry.
