Ansaar Management Company (Pvt) Limited is seeking a skilled Excel VBA Developer with at least three years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in developing and optimizing Excel macros and VBA solutions to automate data processing and reporting tasks. This role focuses on creating user-friendly Excel dashboards and tools that enhance workflow efficiency and support data-driven decision-making. The candidate must have strong problem-solving capabilities to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly. The Excel VBA Developer works independently and collaborates closely with various teams to understand their needs and deliver effective automation solutions. While this position does not involve managing a team, strong communication and organizational skills are essential to ensure the smooth implementation and continuous improvement of VBA projects aligned with company goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Excel VBA macros to automate complex data processing and reporting tasks.
- Design and implement user-friendly Excel dashboards that present data clearly and enhance business insights.
- Optimize and enhance existing VBA code to improve performance and scalability.
- Automate repetitive workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in VBA scripts and Excel applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored Excel automation solutions.
- Implement error handling and debugging practices to increase the robustness of VBA projects.
- Utilize Excel formulas and functions such as VLOOKUP to support dynamic data analysis within VBA tools.
- Ensure documentations and comments are comprehensive to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Stay updated with best practices and new techniques in Excel VBA programming and data automation.
