Join As-Suffa School of Excellence as a dedicated Teacher, where you will play a crucial role in fostering the growth and development of young learners using Montessori and early years teaching methods. You will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons that promote curiosity, independence, and critical thinking. Your commitment to creating a safe, nurturing classroom atmosphere will help support the cognitive, social, emotional, language, and physical development of each child. In this role, you will closely observe and assess student progress, maintain detailed records, and develop creative learning activities that inspire exploration. Collaboration with colleagues to uphold the school's educational goals and building positive relationships with parents are key aspects of this position. The role requires excellent communication and classroom management skills alongside a passion for early childhood education, all within a well-organized and welcoming classroom environment. Note that this position does not include team management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the developmental stages of young children using Montessori and other early years teaching approaches.
• Create and maintain a safe, stimulating, and nurturing classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independent learning.
• Support children's cognitive, social, emotional, language, and physical development through creative teaching methods and activities.
• Observe, assess, and document students' progress accurately to inform instruction and development plans.
• Develop and implement creative learning activities that promote exploration and critical thinking skills.
• Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with parents, providing regular feedback on students' progress and development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support the school’s vision, values, and educational objectives and participate actively in school activities.
• Organize and maintain the classroom setting to ensure it remains welcoming, orderly, and conducive to learning.
• Incorporate educational technology and classroom management software where appropriate to enhance teaching effectiveness.
• Apply principles of special education knowledge to adapt teaching methods for children with diverse learning needs.
