Askari Family Takaful is seeking a motivated and dedicated Intern to join the HR & Management team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and training development. The role involves supporting the HR department in managing daily operations, working closely with a small team of three individuals to ensure smooth and effective HR processes. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and capable of supporting multiple HR activities within a dynamic work environment. As an HR & Management Intern, you will assist with talent acquisition efforts by sourcing candidates and participating in recruitment activities. You will also help manage employee onboarding processes and maintain HR Information Systems. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to contribute to the training and development initiatives within the company. Working collaboratively within the team, you will gain valuable insight into the strategic management of human resources in a growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment and talent acquisition process, including job posting, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring smooth integration into the company culture and operational frameworks.
• Maintain and update HR Information Systems (HRIS) with accurate employee data and HR documentation.
• Help plan and coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth and organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with a team of three to manage daily HR tasks and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Participate in the development and implementation of HR initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
• Assist with organizing employee records, preparing reports, and supporting general administrative tasks within HR.
• Contribute to creating a positive work environment by supporting employee relations and communication efforts.
