A.T Digitals is seeking a dedicated Accounting professional with at least one year of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial reporting and account reconciliation to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. This role involves leading a team of 10 persons, overseeing daily accounting operations, and supporting financial decision-making processes within the company. The Accounting professional will apply their expertise in financial management to maintain compliance with established standards and regulatory requirements. They will collaborate with multiple departments to gather financial data, prepare detailed reports, and identify opportunities for process improvements. The candidate must hold the necessary financial designation (FD) and demonstrate strong leadership skills to effectively guide the accounting team towards achieving organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations and supervise a team of 10 accounting professionals.
• Prepare and ensure accurate financial reporting in compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Perform account reconciliation to verify the accuracy of financial statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with internal departments to collect and consolidate financial data for reporting purposes.
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and support internal and external audits.
• Develop and implement accounting procedures to improve process efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor financial transactions and maintain general ledger accounts.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business planning.
• Provide timely financial information to management to facilitate decision-making.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and professional growth.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks by applying best practices in accounting.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all financial information handled.
