You will collaborate closely with marketing and inventory departments to ensure product information is up-to-date and reflects current promotions and inventory status. Your proficiency in bulk upload tools and familiarity with SEO basics will play a critical role in expanding our online visibility and driving sales growth. Responsibilities
- Manage and upload product data on Shopify and WordPress platforms ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Edit and optimize product images using Photoshop and other image editing tools.
- Create compelling and clear product descriptions that align with SEO best practices to increase visibility and sales.
- Utilize Shopify Admin Panel and WordPress backend systems effectively to update product listings, pricing, and inventory.
- Perform bulk uploads and updates regularly using appropriate tools to maintain database integrity.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to reflect promotional campaigns and special offers in product listings.
- Ensure all product information is compliant with company standards and industry regulations.
- Monitor and resolve discrepancies in product data to maintain a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on the latest e-commerce trends, tools, and best practices related to product uploads and SEO.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for product upload issues within platform constraints.
