Bionic Talent is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join its dynamic team and lead a group of 20 professionals focused on sourcing and hiring top talent. The ideal candidate holds at least three years of recruitment experience and demonstrates strong communication abilities, proficient use of LinkedIn for candidate identification, and expertise in scheduling interviews effectively. As a key player in the talent acquisition process, this role requires managing a high-volume recruitment strategy and overseeing the team's success in meeting hiring goals while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The Recruiter at Bionic Talent will be responsible for developing and executing recruiting plans, actively sourcing candidates through various channels, and utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines. This leadership position involves collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, providing recruitment marketing insights to attract diverse applicants, and maintaining a consistent interview schedule. The recruiter will also foster strong professional relationships within the team and across departments to support organizational growth and talent retention.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a recruitment team of 20 professionals, overseeing daily operations and performance.
• Develop and implement effective candidate sourcing strategies across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn and other social media channels.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track recruitment workflows and maintain accurate candidate records.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions that attract qualified candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews efficiently while maintaining clear communication with candidates and hiring teams.
• Execute recruitment marketing initiatives to increase employer brand awareness and attract a broad talent pool.
• Ensure compliance with hiring policies and equal employment opportunity guidelines throughout the recruitment process.
• Conduct candidate screenings to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Provide coaching and guidance to the recruitment team to improve sourcing techniques and candidate engagement.
• Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize hiring processes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of talent acquisition trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance recruitment strategies.
