British Education and Training Systems (BETS) is seeking a dedicated IELTS / English Language Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality instruction and support to students preparing for the IELTS examination and improving their English language skills. You will employ effective teaching methodologies and test preparation strategies to maximize student performance, focusing on assessment, evaluation, and the practical application of English grammar and communication skills. This position is ideal for an enthusiastic educator with a passion for helping learners achieve academic and professional success in English language proficiency. As a trainer at BETS, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing engaging lesson plans tailored to individual and group learning needs. You will facilitate classroom management to create an interactive and productive learning environment. Your responsibilities include monitoring student progress, providing constructive feedback, and adapting techniques to support diverse learning styles. This role requires clear communication and strong presentation skills to motivate and guide students throughout their language learning journey. While team management is not part of this position, collaboration with colleagues to improve curriculum and assessment is essential.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive IELTS and English language training sessions using proven teaching methodologies and assessment techniques.
• Develop customized lesson plans and test preparation strategies tailored to individual and group needs to enhance student learning outcomes.
• Conduct continuous evaluation and assessment of student progress using standardized tests and performance metrics.
• Employ strong classroom management skills to maintain an engaging and productive learning environment.
• Provide detailed feedback and guidance to help students improve their English grammar, writing, speaking, listening, and reading skills.
• Stay updated with the latest IELTS examination techniques and incorporate best practices into training sessions.
• Motivate and support students to build confidence and achieve their desired IELTS scores and language proficiency goals.
• Collaborate with academic teams to refine curriculum content and evaluation methods to meet evolving educational standards.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress reports.
• Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and stay current in the field of English language instruction.
