EFU Life Assurance Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and skilled AM/DM - Project Management & Partnership professional to lead and coordinate telco-related initiatives within the DII portfolio. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of telecommunications ecosystems, including billing flows, commercial structures, and operational integrations. The ideal candidate will expertly manage cross-functional stakeholders both internally and externally to ensure successful project delivery. Strong project planning, stakeholder management, client relationship management, and partnership management skills are essential for effectively executing projects with operational integrity. This position requires a minimum of five years of relevant experience and does not include team management responsibilities. The selected professional will serve as a crucial link between various departments and external partners, overseeing the complete project lifecycle from initiation through execution to completion. By leveraging their knowledge of project management best practices and telecommunication-specific business processes, the candidate will drive efficiency and ensure all activities align with organizational goals. Continuous communication, risk mitigation, and detailed reporting will be key components to support partnership development and operational success within EFU Life Assurance Ltd.’s initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate end-to-end telecom-related projects within the digital and indirect initiatives (DII) portfolio.
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining activities, timelines, and resources to meet project goals effectively.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration.
- Analyze telco ecosystems, billing workflows, and commercial structures to identify opportunities and challenges for operational integration.
- Ensure all projects comply with operational integrity standards and organizational policies.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project delivery schedules.
- Prepare and deliver detailed project reports, updates, and presentations to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical, commercial, and operational units, to align project objectives with business goals.
- Facilitate partnership management activities to strengthen existing partnerships and identify potential new opportunities within the telco sector.
- Support client relationship management efforts by addressing client needs promptly and maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
- Utilize project management methodologies and tools to enhance project tracking, communication, and delivery.
- Continuously improve project management processes by incorporating lessons learned and best practices.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure project components meet quality and performance expectations.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions to align project initiatives with broader organizational objectives.
- Provide subject matter expertise on telecom operations to guide decision-making and strategy within partnership initiatives.
