Deputy Manager - Backend Developer

EFU Life Assurance Ltd. is seeking a skilled Deputy Manager - Backend Developer with at least five years of experience to lead the development and management of robust backend systems. This role focuses on designing scalable backend architecture, developing secure and efficient API endpoints, and maintaining stable performance across the platform. The successful candidate will have strong expertise in backend architecture design, scalable system development, RESTful API design, and cloud infrastructure management. As a Deputy Manager, you will also provide guidance and oversight to a small team, ensuring the backend solutions align with business needs and industry best practices. In this position, you will be responsible for implementing secure payment integrations and managing complex business logic within the backend systems. You will ensure the timely delivery of backend features while optimizing server-side performance and maintaining database reliability. This role requires a detail-oriented individual capable of efficient server-side coding, system scalability, and proactive problem-solving to support EFU Life Assurance Ltd.'s business objectives and technological growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce coding standards, best practices, and protocols related to backend development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues promptly to maintain system stability and user satisfaction.
