The successful candidate will manage a team of one person and ensure that mini applications deliver an intuitive and user-friendly experience that drives customer engagement and satisfaction across multiple devices. The Deputy Manager will collaborate closely with various departments to translate business requirements into engaging frontend solutions. This position demands a proactive approach in optimizing application performance and a deep understanding of contemporary frontend development practices. Regularly monitoring and improving application responsiveness and usability will be key to enhancing overall user interaction and adoption rates.
