EFU Life Assurance Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Executive Officer specializing in Manpower within the Human Resources and Finance divisions. This role focuses on ensuring effective manpower planning and maintaining daily workforce availability to support the company’s smooth operational flow. The ideal candidate applies expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and candidate sourcing to drive efficient hiring processes. This position requires strong organizational skills to handle employee records and HR documentation accurately. The Executive Officer operates independently without direct team management responsibilities and must engage with employees respectfully to address grievances confidentially and promptly.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate manpower requirements to align staffing levels with operational demands.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various recruitment channels to meet hiring needs effectively.
- Coordinate and manage the recruitment process from initial candidate identification to final hiring decisions.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Address employee grievances sensitively, ensuring confidentiality and facilitating timely resolutions to foster a respectful work environment.
- Support daily workforce availability and scheduling to ensure business continuity and optimize productivity.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to identify recruitment needs and design job descriptions that attract qualified candidates.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring status and manpower planning outcomes.
- Assist in compliance with labor laws and company policies related to human resources and employment practices.
- Contribute to creating a positive workplace culture by promoting open communication and fair treatment of employees.
- Engage in ongoing talent acquisition initiatives to build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future organizational needs.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment, employee relations, and HR documentation.
