EFU Life Assurance Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Executive Officer specializing in Strategic Communications to enhance and drive high-impact communication initiatives. This role demands a skilled professional with expertise in strategic communication planning and digital communication strategies, capable of transforming complex strategic, financial, and operational data into clear, compelling narratives for senior leadership and key stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings at least two years of experience in developing executive-level presentations and possesses strong storytelling abilities alongside advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and other communication frameworks. The Executive Officer does not manage a team but plays a critical role in supporting senior leadership, partner forums, and board discussions within the DII function. This individual must excel at executive thinking and possess excellent C-suite presentation skills to ensure messages resonate at the highest organizational levels. The position is pivotal in advancing communication strategy frameworks within EFU Life Assurance Ltd., ensuring all capabilities align with the company's strategic vision and communication goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design high-impact presentations and communication materials tailored for senior leadership, board members, and external partners.
• Translate complex strategic, financial, and operational information into coherent and engaging narratives suitable for executive-level audiences.
• Apply strategic communication planning and digital communication strategies to enhance the delivery and impact of key messages across various platforms.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to gather input and align messaging with organizational objectives and strategic initiatives.
• Use storytelling techniques to create persuasive and compelling presentations that support decision-making processes and strategic directions.
• Ensure all communication outputs adhere to brand standards, tone, and style guidelines consistent with company values and external expectations.
• Conduct thorough reviews and refinements of presentations to maintain clarity, accuracy, and impact before delivery to executive stakeholders.
• Leverage communication strategy frameworks to deliver consistent and integrated messaging across multiple channels within the organization.
• Prepare materials for partner forums and strategic meetings, ensuring all content addresses key objectives and facilitates productive discussions.
• Utilize advanced PowerPoint skills to create visually appealing presentations that effectively support and enhance oral communication.
• Support the DII function by providing expert communication advice and assisting in the development of communication plans tied to strategic projects.
• Stay updated on communication trends and best practices to continuously improve presentation quality and strategic communication effectiveness.
