The Senior Relationship Manager will lead a team of 47 personnel, providing direction, support, and motivation to achieve business goals. The candidate is expected to foster collaboration, cultivate client trust, and contribute to the overall success and reputation of EFU Life Assurance through proactive relationship management and sales strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to promote long-term business engagements.
- Lead and manage a team of 47 members, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to enhance productivity.
- Coordinate business activities across multiple branches to ensure consistent customer service quality and operational efficiency.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and meet company targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design client-focused solutions and improve service offerings.
- Handle complex client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to adjust business development strategies accordingly.
- Prepare regular reports on client activities, team performance, and sales metrics for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
