Civil Supervisor

Description

Engineering Enterprises is seeking a detail-oriented Civil Supervisor to oversee residential construction projects, including both grey structure and finishing phases. This role requires proven site supervision experience and a deep understanding of construction materials, methods, and quality control procedures. The ideal candidate has 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, with the ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings accurately. The Civil Supervisor will coordinate daily activities on-site, ensuring compliance with quality standards and project specifications while working independently under the guidance of the project engineer or manager. The Civil Supervisor is responsible for maintaining strong labor management and coordination skills to ensure project timelines and quality benchmarks are met. This position does not involve managing a team directly but requires excellent reporting abilities and hands-on experience in quality control and site inspections. Candidates with a DAE in Civil Technology are preferred, though those with strong practical experience will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor on-site construction activities for residential houses or villas throughout grey structure and finishing stages.
• Perform rigorous site inspections to ensure compliance with quality control procedures and project specifications.
• Interpret architectural and structural drawings accurately to guide construction processes.
• Manage labor allocation, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure efficient use of manpower on site.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain high construction standards.
• Coordinate daily work schedules and plan activities to meet project deadlines effectively.
• Prepare detailed reports on work progress, quality issues, and site conditions for project engineers and management.
• Ensure construction materials meet required quality and quantity standards and report discrepancies immediately.
• Collaborate with other project stakeholders to resolve issues related to construction methods and material use.
• Follow safety regulations and promote a safe work environment on site at all times.
