Estate Hives Marketing seeks a dedicated Sales Executive in Real Estate to join our dynamic team. :

1. Assist in admin & client support tasks

2. Handle Hot Leads Calls and capable of performing effectively under pressure while meeting sales and service targets.

3. Conduct market research

Office Timing: 10:30am - 07:00pm

Assist in administrative and client support tasks to ensure smooth sales operations.
Handle incoming hot leads calls promptly and effectively to convert prospects into clients.
Perform under pressure while consistently meeting or exceeding sales and customer service targets.
Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and potential customer segments.
Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve and surpass sales goals set by the company.
Apply comprehensive knowledge of real estate regulations to guide clients through legal and transactional aspects.
Utilize CRM software proficiently to manage client interactions, track sales pipelines, and document progress.
Analyze market data to inform sales strategies and tailor approaches to diverse customer needs.
Maintain accurate records of client communications, sales activities, and market research findings.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored property solutions.
Stay updated on the latest industry developments, products, and competitor offerings to enhance sales tactics.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and property proposals to prospective clients.
