Customer Service Representative

Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Representative with excellent command of spoken and written English. This role involves assisting with administrative tasks, handling communications, and supporting daily operations.

The ideal candidate will have some experience in a call center environment and be comfortable managing office tasks, coordinating with teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously to address inquiries, complaints, and requests.
• Provide clear and accurate information following company policies, ensuring customer understanding and satisfaction.
• Record, track, and follow up on customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions using prescribed documentation systems.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documents by conducting thorough research and compiling relevant data.
• Maintain organized and accurate records, including detailed data entry to support operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal teams and departments to ensure deadlines and project goals are met effectively.
• Monitor ongoing tasks, take ownership of responsibilities, and follow up proactively to meet management expectations.
• Escalate unresolved or priority issues promptly to the appropriate departments according to established procedures.
• Offer effective and timely solutions tailored to customer needs to enhance overall satisfaction.
• Perform general administrative duties while safeguarding customer confidentiality and demonstrating professionalism.
• Utilize basic computer software, including MS Office and email, to support daily operational tasks.
• Manage workload efficiently during assigned night shifts, demonstrating reliability and focus.

• Maintain a self-motivated attitude with a strong work ethic to contribute positively to team objectives.

   

• Some experience in a call center environment is a plus.
• Strong communication skills (spoken, written, and listening).
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, etc.).
