Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is seeking a diligent and reliable Servant / Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the organization. The ideal candidate is honest, punctual, hardworking, and responsible, demonstrating a strong commitment to safety compliance and the effective use of cleaning equipment and techniques. This role requires the ability to understand basic English to follow instructions accurately. The position also involves managing a team of 20 persons, ensuring that all cleaning tasks are performed efficiently and to the highest standards. The candidate will take ownership of daily cleaning activities, maintain sanitary conditions in assigned areas, and support a flexible work schedule as needed. The role demands excellent organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to supervise and coordinate team members effectively to meet the company’s cleanliness and safety goals. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with at least one year of relevant experience who is ready to contribute to a positive and clean working environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a team of 20 cleaning staff to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed effectively and on time.
• Implement and adhere to established cleaning procedures, using appropriate techniques and equipment to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
• Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas including but not limited to offices, restrooms, and common spaces.
• Monitor the use and maintenance of cleaning equipment to ensure functionality and safety compliance.
• Train and guide team members on best cleaning practices and safety protocols.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request restocking in a timely manner to prevent shortages.
• Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness are consistently maintained.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to the appropriate department for quick resolution.
• Work flexible hours as needed to accommodate cleaning schedules and urgent cleaning requirements.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate cleaning operations and address any concerns.
• Follow company policies related to safety, security, and confidentiality while on the job.
