The Sales Associate plays a crucial role in frontline sales operations, requiring a professional demeanor and the ability to communicate effectively in English. Candidates with prior sales experience are preferred but fresh candidates with enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. The role demands the ability to utilize basic computer and internet skills to research leads and manage sales data, supporting the team’s goals to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue generation.

Responsibilities

• Engage potential customers using effective sales techniques to promote GraphiTech’s products and services.
• Generate and qualify leads through various channels to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Communicate professionally and clearly in English, presenting product information and answering customer inquiries.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities using company databases and basic computer applications.
• Collaborate with other sales team members and managers to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Participate in training programs to enhance sales knowledge, product understanding, and customer engagement skills.
• Support the management and coordination of a large sales team, contributing towards team goals and fostering a productive work environment.
• Adapt to changing sales strategies and assist in developing new approaches to increasing customer acquisition and retention.
• Assist customers in understanding product value and benefits to encourage repeat business and referrals.
