This role involves working rotational shifts, engaging with customers directly, and promoting Hamdard’s products and services effectively within a dynamic airport environment. The Sales Officer does not manage a team but plays a crucial role in driving individual sales success and building solid customer relationships. The Sales Officer is responsible for conducting market visits, identifying new business opportunities, and closely monitoring market trends and competitor activity. This position requires a proactive approach to understanding customer needs and delivering excellent service to enhance customer satisfaction. In addition, the Sales Officer prepares detailed sales and visit reports, providing valuable feedback to support strategic sales initiatives and ensure alignment with company policies and objectives. This role is essential for expanding Hamdard Pakistan’s reach and maintaining a competitive edge in the market.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to meeting overall business objectives.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Establish and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships through effective customer service and engagement.
• Promote and communicate the benefits of Hamdard products and services to target customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
• Prepare accurate and timely sales and visit reports, providing market insights and feedback to management.
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards during sales activities.
• Work flexible and rotational shifts to meet the operational requirements of the airport branch.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate professionalism and a target-oriented mindset to consistently meet sales goals.
