Hamza Food is seeking a responsible and skilled Rider to join our delivery team. The ideal candidate will efficiently navigate routes and ensure timely delivery of food orders using their own bike. This role requires managing a team of 10 riders, providing guidance and support to help achieve smooth delivery operations and excellent customer service. Candidates must possess a valid learner or original bike license and have a mobile phone with data packages to support real-time tracking and communication. The Rider role is vital in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring food arrives promptly and in excellent condition. The selected individual will use navigation and route planning skills, GPS technology, and real-time location tracking to optimize delivery efficiency. The candidate should be accountable, punctual, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment, while managing and motivating their team to meet performance targets consistently.

Responsibilities

• Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to ensure timely food delivery using GPS technology and navigation tools.
• Manage a team of 10 riders by providing training, support, and performance monitoring to ensure smooth delivery operations.
• Use real-time location tracking and GPS integration to monitor rider locations and delivery statuses.
• Maintain effective communication with the team, dispatchers, and customers to ensure accurate and prompt deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with all traffic rules and safety regulations to guarantee rider and public safety during deliveries.
• Report any issues or delays promptly to the dispatch team and assist in resolving logistical challenges.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on personal bike to ensure safe and reliable operation.
• Manage delivery documentation and customer signatures accurately for record-keeping and accountability.
• Monitor data usage and mobile connectivity to maintain consistent communication throughout shifts.
• Promote a positive work environment by motivating team members and addressing concerns proactively.
