The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree, with a preference for a master's degree, and bring 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in warehouse or retail store settings. This role demands an individual who can efficiently handle stock control, shipping and receiving processes, as well as maintain accurate data entry and record keeping. Effective communication skills and the ability to multitask and organize work independently or collaboratively are essential. Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and a valid driving license is required to support logistical tasks. This position at Haroon Chemicals does not include team management responsibilities, but emphasizes strong coordination with various departments to ensure seamless operations. The officer will oversee stock receiving and inspection, manage gate pass documentation, and ensure warehouse safety protocols are strictly followed. Customer service and complaint handling will also be integral components of daily duties, specifically within the retail environment. Applicants should be aged between 35 and 40 years and be prepared to contribute to both warehouse and retail store functions with precision and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate daily stock records for the warehouse and retail shop.
• Ensure all stock movements between the warehouse and shop are promptly recorded and reported.
• Check, record, and report all customer goods immediately through the Gate Pass system.
• Immediately report any incidents, issues, shortages, or other important matters that occur or are expected during working hours.
• Handle reception inquiries and telephone calls professionally.
• Perform day-to-day warehouse and retail shop operations efficiently.
• Carry out multiple tasks as required to support daily business operations.
• Communicate effectively in Urdu (written and spoken) with excellent listening skills.
• Demonstrate basic to intermediate proficiency in English.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree (minimum); Master's degree preferred.
• 5 years of relevant experience.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, store, or retail shop is essential.
• Experience in handling telephone/reception operations is preferred.
• Valid driving licence.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
