Description
Ibrahim Digital Studio seeks a skilled Video Editor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate has at least one year of professional experience in video editing and is proficient in utilizing video editing software to produce high-quality visual content. This full-time role involves working closely with a dedicated team of three persons to develop engaging video projects from concept to final output. The Video Editor will be responsible for assembling recorded footage, applying editing techniques, and ensuring seamless final products that meet client expectations and brand standards. As a team leader, the Video Editor will also guide and collaborate with team members, ensuring efficient workflow and creative consistency across all projects. Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to take creative direction while maintaining high production values are essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities
- Edit raw video footage into polished final products using industry-standard editing software.
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project goals, requirements, and deadlines.
- Manage and lead a team of three video editing professionals to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Incorporate sound, graphics, special effects, and music to enhance video content.
- Review and refine edits based on feedback from clients and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain organized project files and archives for easy access and future use.
- Ensure video content adheres to brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest editing techniques, software updates, and industry trends.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to video editing and post-production processes.
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while managing competing priorities.
- Provide creative input during video conceptualization and storyboarding sessions.
