Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Consultant (Development Sector) at IN Consult in Lahore. The Senior Consultant will be responsible for providing management consultancy services to local and international clients. Day-to-day tasks include research studies, feasibility studies, report writing, client communication, team coordination, and technical expertise in the relevant domains.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage development studies projects from inception through to successful completion including research studies, feasibilities, third party validations, MVR, etc.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and data analysis using statistical software to inform project outcomes and recommendations.
- Prepare comprehensive technical and progress reports, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and relevance for stakeholders and funding agencies.
- Engage proactively with stakeholders, including government bodies, international agencies, and local partners to align project goals and facilitate collaboration.
- Supervise and mentor subordinate(s), providing technical guidance, performance feedback, and fostering a productive working environment.
- Ensure compliance with the standards and requirements of donor agencies such as the World Bank, Asian Development Bank, United Nations, and USAID.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends and best practices in development studies, incorporating new knowledge into project design and delivery.
- Identify new opportunities and prepare proposals and methodologies in coordination with BD team, leading to award of projects.
