JAF Education System seeks an experienced Female Teacher specializing in English to lead and inspire a team of 10 educators. The ideal candidate brings at least five years of teaching experience, demonstrating strong command over English grammar and effective use of grammar correction tools. This role focuses on delivering high-quality English language education, fostering students' writing and grammar skills, and managing a team to achieve educational excellence and consistency in instructional practices. The candidate will develop engaging lesson plans, assess student progress, and collaborate with the team to implement pedagogical strategies that enhance language acquisition. Strong writing skills are essential to prepare course materials and provide constructive feedback. The teacher will also cultivate a supportive learning environment that encourages communication, critical thinking, and continual improvement among both students and peers.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and deliver comprehensive English language lessons focused on grammar, writing, and communication skills.
• Utilize grammar correction tools to assist in accurate instruction and provide detailed feedback on students’ written work.
• Manage and support a team of 10 educators by coordinating lesson plans, sharing best teaching practices, and conducting regular training sessions.
• Assess student progress through tests, assignments, and classroom participation to tailor instruction for diverse learning needs.
• Create engaging and effective instructional materials that promote active learning and understanding of English fundamentals.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with students, parents, and the management team regarding academic performance and classroom expectations.
• Implement classroom management techniques that foster a respectful and positive learning environment.
• Stay updated with the latest educational trends and English language teaching methodologies to continuously improve teaching effectiveness.
• Lead team meetings and workshops to align teaching goals, track progress, and address any challenges faced by the teaching staff.
• Encourage creativity and critical thinking among students to enhance their language skills and confidence in English.
