Kohat Cement Company Limited is seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Lead with at least 2 years of experience to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Business Intelligence Tools and hold an MBA degree. This role focuses on preparing detailed financial forecasts, generating variance analysis reports, and developing deep insights into sector performance. The Business Intelligence Lead plays a crucial role in benchmarking industry standards to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost savings. The position requires a strong analytical mindset to monitor and assess internal efficiency through key performance indicators (KPIs), particularly in production. Although this role does not involve managing a team, it demands collaboration across departments to support informed decision-making and business strategy development.

Responsibilities

- Preparation of Annual Financial Forecast and generating variance analysis reports on Monthly basis.

- Building insight in sector performance particularly in comparison with Company and identifying areas of improvement and growth. Industry benchmarking for improvement in Revenue figures as well as cost saving.

- Analyzing and monitoring internal efficiency based KPls for production.
