Join a Leading Petroleum Company as a Senior Executive Engineering, where you will lead and manage the maintenance of the company’s retail network, which includes fuel stations and associated facilities. This role demands at least seven years of experience to ensure that all operations are safe, reliable, compliant with regulations, and cost-effective. You will oversee a dedicated team, driving the execution of strategic maintenance plans and promoting operational excellence across multiple locations. In this position, you will coordinate cross-functional collaboration to optimize resource allocation, manage budgets effectively, and uphold quality standards through rigorous audits and compliance checks. The role emphasizes preventive and corrective maintenance, technical and operational support, and continuous improvement of maintenance processes. Your leadership and project management skills will be essential to maintaining the infrastructure with minimal downtime and ensuring the highest levels of safety and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies
across the retail network. - Ensure high availability, reliability, and optimal performance of retail assets, including fuel
dispensers, storage tanks, electrical and mechanical systems, civil infrastructure, HVAC, and fire
protection systems. - Lead the engineering and maintenance team to ensure uninterrupted retail operations in line with
defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and approved budgets. - Manage maintenance budgets, contractors, vendor performance, and spare parts inventory to
optimize cost and service quality. - Lead asset lifecycle management, including replacement and refurbishment decisions based on
asset condition, lifecycle cost, and business impact. - Provide technical and operational support to field teams, ensuring timely resolution of
maintenance issues and emergency breakdowns. - Oversee maintenance activities for new retail station projects, upgrades, renovations, and
equipment commissioning. - Conduct site inspections, maintenance audits, and invoice validations to ensure quality,
compliance, and system integrity. - Monitor maintenance performance through KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives to
enhance asset reliability and operational efficiency. - Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards, OGRA regulations, and
other applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. - Collaborate with Retail Operations, Procurement, Finance, HSE, and other cross-functional teams
to ensure operational alignment and business objectives are achieved. - Foster a culture of safety, accountability, innovation, and continuous professional development
within the maintenance organization.
