Responsibilities

• Participate actively in the Trainee Business Officer-Tech Program to acquire relevant skills and knowledge in information technology and banking business processes.
• Engage in hands-on projects focusing on IT software development, business technology solutions, and digital transformation initiatives to support MCB’s organizational goals.
• Communicate effectively with team members and senior leaders to understand project requirements and contribute to solution design and implementation.
• Develop and deliver clear, professional presentations and reports to showcase project progress, findings, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs and contribute to the deployment of technology-driven business solutions.
• Maintain high standards of interpersonal relationships to foster a productive and cooperative work environment.
