Responsibilities

• Install various air conditioning units including split, window, and central systems according to manufacturer guidelines and company standards.
• Inspect air conditioning systems to identify potential issues and perform necessary maintenance to enhance functionality.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in compressors, motors, thermostats, and other components using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Perform repairs to restore optimal operation of air conditioning systems while maintaining safety protocols.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance schedules to extend equipment lifespan and prevent system failures.
• Check and manage refrigerant levels including charging or recovering gases in compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Respond promptly to service calls, accurately assess issues, and resolve problems to minimize downtime for clients.
• Maintain detailed service records, documenting inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities for future reference and audits.
• Report major faults and performance issues to supervisors, recommending repairs or replacements as necessary.
• Ensure all work is completed according to company policies, safety guidelines, and relevant industry standards.
• Follow safe work practices to prevent accidents and environmental hazards during installation, repair, and maintenance activities.
• Provide technical advice to clients on proper use and care of air conditioning systems to maximize efficiency and reliability.
