Popular Pipes Group Of Companies is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Executive to oversee and enhance the maintenance operations within our manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and possesses at least two years of relevant experience. This role involves managing a team of 10 personnel, coordinating preventive maintenance activities, ensuring safety compliance, and optimizing machine operations to maintain production efficiency and minimize downtime. The Maintenance Executive plays a crucial role in identifying and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, planning maintenance schedules, and managing inventory for maintenance supplies and spare parts. The position demands strong organizational skills, technical proficiency in injection molding processes, and a thorough understanding of safety regulations to uphold high standards of workplace safety and equipment reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 10 maintenance technicians to ensure effective execution of maintenance tasks.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to reduce equipment failure and extend machine life.
• Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities to minimize production downtime and improve operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections and monitor machine performance to identify potential issues early.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures promptly and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Manage inventory of maintenance tools, equipment, and spare parts to ensure availability when needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all maintenance activities to maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare reports on maintenance activities and machine performance.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to align maintenance plans with production schedules.
• Optimize injection molding machine operations through continuous analysis and improvement of maintenance procedures.
