Although this role does not involve managing a team, you are expected to report maintenance issues promptly and follow instructions carefully to contribute to smooth hotel operations. Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms, corridors, and public areas according to hotel cleanliness standards.
• Change bed linens, make beds neatly, and replenish amenities such as towels, toiletries, and minibar items.
• Inspect rooms and common spaces regularly to ensure they meet hygiene and safety guidelines.
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies properly and safely following established procedures.
• Report any maintenance problems, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor timely.
• Complete cleaning assignments within the designated shifts while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Assist in organizing housekeeping storage and inventory management of cleaning supplies.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate tasks and resolve issues.
• Follow all health and safety protocols to provide a secure environment for guests and staff.
• Demonstrate courteous and professional customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere.
