Short-Term Rental Operations Coordinator

Description

Regal Realms is a growing UK short-term rental and property operations business seeking an experienced Short-Term Rental Operations Coordinator.

Direct, hands-on short-term rental or serviced accommodation operations experience is mandatory. Candidates must have personally managed live guest communications, reservations, check-ins or turnovers, and maintenance issues using Airbnb and/or Booking.com plus an STR property-management system such as Guesty. General VA/admin, customer-service, hotel or real-estate sales experience alone is insufficient.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM-10:00 PM Pakistan time, with an agreed emergency rota.

Compensation: PKR 120,000-180,000 per month, based on directly relevant experience, plus incentives, bonus and promotional opportunities based on performance.

Candidates must show strong written English, prioritization, ownership and follow-through, plus reliable computer, internet and backup connectivity. Responsibilities

• Manage live guest communications promptly and professionally across platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and the property management system Guesty.
• Oversee reservations, including booking confirmations, calendar management, and updating availability to maximize occupancy.
• Coordinate check-in and check-out procedures ensuring all guests receive a smooth and welcoming arrival and departure experience.
• Collaborate with housekeeping teams to schedule property turnovers, maintain cleanliness standards, and address any housekeeping concerns promptly.
• Maintain quality control by conducting regular property inspections and addressing discrepancies or repairs with vendors or maintenance personnel.
• Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure timely service delivery for maintenance, repairs, and other operational needs.
• Resolve guest issues and maintenance requests quickly and efficiently, taking ownership of problems until they are fully resolved and verified.
• Prioritize daily operational tasks to balance multiple deadlines and maintain operational efficiency during business hours and an agreed emergency schedule.
• Utilize property management software and booking platforms to ensure accurate data entry and reporting, enhancing operational transparency.
• Provide clear and concise documentation of incidents, resolutions, and operational updates to support continuous improvement and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with Regal Realms’ operational policies and industry best practices to maintain safety, security, and guest satisfaction standards.
• Work independently without direct team management, demonstrating strong self-motivation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
