ABOUT THE ROLE
We need someone to handle our client chats on Fiverr, Upwork, and a couple other platforms. You'll be replying to clients, giving them updates, answering their questionS, basically making sure nobody's left hanging.A key part of this role is working closely as an assistant to our Project Manager, helping keep projects, timelines, and client conversations organised and on track.
Responsibilities
WHAT YOULL DO?
Manage and respond to client chats/messages across freelancing platforms & LinkedIn.
- Act as the first point of contact for client queries, updates, and concerns
- Support the Project Manager, with day-to-day project coordination
- Track ongoing conversations, follow-ups, and deliverables across multiple clients
- Flag issues or escalations promptly and help resolve them smoothly
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Prior experience working on Fiverr, Upwork, or with an agency operating on a similar freelance-platform model is preferred.
- Average written communication skills, clear and professional
- Comfortable multitasking across several client accounts and chats simultaneously
- A little bit of experience in customer support or project coordination is a plus.
