Description
Safa Sports is seeking a detail-oriented Alibaba Product Listing specialist with at least one year of experience in product data management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately creating and maintaining product listings on the Alibaba platform to maximize product visibility and sales potential. This role requires a strong focus on data accuracy and consistency, as well as an understanding of e-commerce listing best practices. The specialist will work independently, as there is no team management involved, to ensure all product information, including descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images, is accurately uploaded and regularly updated. The candidate will collaborate with various departments to gather necessary product details and optimize listings according to company standards and marketplace requirements.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain detailed and accurate product listings on the Alibaba platform.
- Manage product data including titles, descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Regularly update listings based on new product information or changes from suppliers or internal teams.
- Monitor product listing performance and implement improvements to enhance visibility and customer engagement.
- Coordinate with supply chain and marketing teams to gather all required product information.
- Ensure compliance with Alibaba’s listing policies and guidelines.
- Utilize product data management tools and systems effectively to streamline the listing process.
- Conduct periodic audits of product listings to identify and correct discrepancies or outdated content.
- Support the preparation of reports related to product listing performance and trends to assist in decision-making.
- Identify and resolve issues related to product listing content to maintain high accuracy and customer satisfaction.
