The ideal candidate demonstrates strong welding techniques and a solid understanding of metal fabrication processes. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to read and interpret technical drawings, and a commitment to safety and quality standards. The Welder Fabricator will lead and manage a team of four persons, coordinating efforts to meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality workmanship. The role demands excellent organizational skills and the ability to train, supervise, and support team members in achieving common goals. Responsibilities

• Perform welding tasks using various techniques to join metal parts and components.
• Fabricate metal structures by cutting, shaping, and assembling metal materials as per design specifications.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to ensure accurate fabrication and welding work.
• Supervise and lead a team of four welders and fabricators, coordinating workflow and assigning tasks effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards throughout all fabrication and welding processes.
• Inspect completed work to guarantee it meets required specifications and industry standards.
• Maintain and troubleshoot welding equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Train and mentor team members in welding methods, safety practices, and fabrication techniques.
• Collaborate with engineers and production planners to optimize fabrication processes and improve product quality.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and production progress.
