Smart Brains Technologies seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the HR operations at its main branch, managing a dedicated team of three personnel. This role focuses on overseeing the night shift human resources activities, including recruitment, employee relations, attendance, compliance, and documentation. The HR Manager plays a vital role in building a disciplined, fair, and high-performing work environment that supports both business growth and employee satisfaction. After an initial training period at the Head Office, the HR Manager may be assigned to any branch in Rawalpindi or Islamabad to meet organizational needs. The ideal candidate brings proven HR management experience, particularly in service industries, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to adapt and respond to evolving business requirements. They ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, support employee development and engagement initiatives, and collaborate closely with management to maintain a productive workplace culture. This role includes ownership of critical HR functions, freedom to implement innovative HR practices, and opportunities for ongoing professional growth within the company.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, conducting reference and background checks, and onboarding new employees.
- Manage attendance, leave, and shift scheduling in coordination with team leads and operational managers to ensure smooth workforce operations during night shifts.
- Handle employee relations, addressing grievances and disciplinary matters promptly and fairly according to company policies and labor regulations.
- Prepare, issue, and maintain accurate HR documentation such as appointment letters, warning notices, termination letters, and clearance forms.
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures across all company branches to maintain consistency and compliance.
- Collaborate with quality assurance and senior management to investigate misconduct cases ensuring thorough, impartial, and transparent processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records, manage payroll inputs, and generate regular HR reports to inform leadership of workforce metrics including attrition and hiring needs.
- Support the design and delivery of training programs and oversee performance tracking to promote employee development and engagement initiatives.
- Ensure strict compliance with all applicable labor laws and internal company standards to minimize legal risks and foster a safe working environment.
- Report regularly to senior management on HR activities, workforce analytics, and provide updates on staffing challenges and solutions.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and adaptability, demonstrating a positive attitude towards company growth and change management.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team of three, ensuring collaborative team dynamics and effective execution of HR functions.
