Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial planning and analysis processes to support business objectives.
- Manage cash flow effectively using ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle, ensuring liquidity and financial stability.
- Prepare, review, and analyze budgets and forecasts aligning with company targets.
- Oversee daily cash management activities and transactions to ensure accurate accounting.
- Generate detailed financial reports and statements for management review.
- Lead and mentor a team of three finance personnel, providing guidance and performance feedback.
- Coordinate with other departments to integrate financial management practices and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Monitor financial risks and suggest necessary corrective actions to mitigate exposure.
- Assist in audit preparation and collaborate with internal and external auditors.
- Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis, financial modeling, and reporting.
- Support strategic initiatives by providing financial insights and recommendations.
