Retail Sales Officers (RSOs)

Description

We are hiring experienced Retail Sales Officers (RSOs), with one RSO assigned to each territory.

Available Territories — One Territory Per RSO:

• Gulistan-e-Johar
• Scheme 33
• Tariq Road
• Orangi Town

Each Retail Sales Officer will be responsible only for their assigned territory, including managing retail shops, customers, sales activities, and business growth within that area.

Responsibilities

• Manage and drive sales growth within the assigned territory.
• Visit retail shops regularly to generate orders and develop strong business relationships with shop owners and customers.
• Identify, approach, and acquire new retail shops and customers to expand market reach within the territory.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Plan and execute daily field visits and sales activities to ensure optimal market coverage.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets to contribute effectively to the company’s revenue goals.
• Ensure consistent product availability and adequate market coverage by coordinating with supply and distribution teams.
• Follow up on customer orders, payments, and outstanding receivables to maintain healthy cash flow.
• Maintain accurate and updated customer records, sales reports, and daily visit logs for transparent reporting.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction and timely resolution.
• Provide detailed and regular market feedback and sales performance updates to help management make informed decisions.
