Description
360 Emarket seeks an experienced Senior Backend Engineer and Web Developer specializing in ERP and CRM systems to join our technology team. This office-based, on-site role requires a skilled professional with over five years of experience in backend development, web development, and enterprise system integration. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and optimize scalable, high-performance web applications and backend services, while customizing ERP and CRM solutions to support diverse business functions such as sales, finance, inventory, and human resources. Strong proficiency in programming languages like Python, Node.js, PHP, and C# combined with expertise in web technologies and database management is essential. In this role, the engineer will also develop Python automation workflows, support mobile app integration, and build AI-driven agentic systems to enhance business automation. Working physically from the office during night shifts aligned with U.S. Eastern/Pacific business hours, the candidate will coordinate with international stakeholders to deliver robust enterprise-grade software solutions. The position emphasizes system reliability, troubleshooting, and maintaining near-continuous uptime, contributing to the success of global operations. Although team management is not a requirement, collaboration skills are critical for effective cross-border communication and project execution.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs that support dynamic web applications and enterprise platforms.
- Customize and configure ERP and CRM modules, optimizing workflows for sales, finance, inventory control, and HR processes.
- Integrate backend services with responsive web frontends using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Develop and maintain efficient, secure, and scalable database schemas; write optimized SQL queries to ensure data integrity and performance.
- Build and maintain Python automation scripts and tools that streamline business processes, reduce manual intervention, and enhance efficiency.
- Design, develop, and integrate mobile applications that connect securely to backend services and ERP/CRM systems.
- Develop AI-powered intelligent agentic workflows and automation, enabling AI agents to perform business tasks and interact with enterprise systems.
- Collaborate closely with US-based teams during night shifts, providing timely support, updates, and troubleshooting assistance.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve production issues and system bottlenecks to ensure high system availability and performance.
- Document technical designs, solutions, and processes clearly for knowledge sharing and compliance requirements.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices related to backend engineering, ERP/CRM platforms, automation, and AI integration.
