Description
365TaskPay is seeking a motivated Sales Promoter to effectively engage with customers and promote our products. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong product knowledge and the ability to communicate persuasively in Urdu or English to capture customer interest and drive sales. This role requires a responsible individual who can follow daily work targets and adhere to company guidelines and communication rules. While previous sales or marketing experience is preferred, fresh candidates with a commitment to learning and punctuality are also encouraged to apply. In this role, the Sales Promoter uses a smartphone with a stable internet connection to connect with customers and provide product demonstrations. The position does not involve managing a team but requires maintaining accurate sales reporting and ensuring consistent compliance with all company policies. The Sales Promoter plays a critical role in enhancing the customer experience, contributing to the company's growth through direct customer engagement and persuasive selling techniques.
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with customers in Urdu or English to build interest and trust.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits clearly to potential customers.
- Apply persuasive selling techniques to achieve daily work targets and increase sales.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products to provide accurate information.
- Follow company guidelines and applicable communication and marketing rules at all times.
- Use a smartphone and stable internet connection to manage customer interactions and sales activities.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports accurately and promptly.
- Respond responsibly and punctually to assigned tasks and schedules.
- Engage new and existing customers positively to support brand awareness and customer loyalty.
- Adapt to feedback and continuously improve sales approaches based on performance data.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor that reflects the company’s values.
- Coordinate with management to align promotional activities with company objectives.
