The ideal candidates have excellent sales pitching and active listening skills to engage potential customers effectively. These agents play a crucial role in promoting products and services by communicating clearly with prospects and converting inquiries into sales. With a strong focus on building relationships, Telesales Agents contribute to the company’s growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets. This position requires managing a team of 20 persons, ensuring strong coordination and motivation among team members. Agents will receive ongoing training and support to enhance their sales techniques. The role demands a proactive approach to reaching new customers and persistence in following up on potential leads. Candidates with at least one year of experience in telesales or a related field will thrive in this fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote products or services.
- Deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the customer's needs and preferences.
- Listen actively to customer inquiries and provide accurate information to address their questions.
- Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions in the company’s database.
- Follow up with potential leads to maximize sales conversion rates.
- Achieve and surpass individual and team sales targets consistently.
- Provide support and guidance to a team of 20 telesales agents, ensuring clear communication and task coordination.
- Train new team members on effective sales techniques and company policies.
- Monitor team performance metrics and implement strategies to improve sales outcomes.
- Report daily and weekly sales activities and challenges to management.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Stay informed about product updates, market trends, and competitors to enhance sales strategies.
