A World of Good Initiative seeks a proactive Stakeholders Engagement & Networking Intern to support the organization in building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. This role involves assisting with the coordination of events, preparing communication materials, and enhancing stakeholder engagement strategies to foster collaboration and partnership. The intern will gain valuable experience in stakeholder relationship management and communication within a dynamic and mission-driven environment. This position does not involve managing a team but requires effective collaboration with various internal teams and external contacts. The ideal candidate is pursuing or has completed degrees in mass communication, social sciences, or public relations and possesses strong written communication skills. Familiarity with event coordination and design tools such as Canva is important to efficiently contribute to promotional and presentation efforts. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop professional skills in public relations, networking, and event planning while supporting an impactful organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and mapping key stakeholders to support organizational goals and initiatives.
• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of stakeholder engagement events and activities.
• Prepare clear and compelling communication materials, including presentations and reports, using design tools like Canva.
• Maintain and update stakeholder contact databases and relationship management records accurately.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align engagement efforts with program objectives and messaging.
• Monitor and document feedback and insights gathered from stakeholder interactions to inform future strategies.
• Help organize meetings, workshops, and networking opportunities that foster partnerships and collaboration.
• Support social media and online outreach efforts to engage a broader stakeholder audience.
• Assist in drafting correspondence and reports to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of engagement and networking processes through feedback and evaluation.
