With access to 100+ Japanese car auction houses, we help customers around the world find the right vehicles at competitive prices. Our business is growing internationally, and we’re expanding our team to support this growth. 

AA Japan is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team in the automotive industry.

Requirements:
• 1+ year of experience in sales or business development
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Confident, proactive, and target-oriented
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
• Automotive industry experience is a plus 🚗

Responsibilities

• Find and contact potential clients
• Generate and follow up on leads
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Understand client needs and offer suitable solutions
• Negotiate and close deals
• Explore new markets and business opportunities
• Work towards sales targets
