AA Joyland Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee multiple construction, renovation, and development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning, budgeting, cost control, and risk management, with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in managing diverse project portfolios. Reporting to senior management, the Project Manager will supervise a team of 4 professionals, ensuring efficient coordination across contractors, consultants, architects, procurement, and internal stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned with quality standards. This role demands a results-driven leader capable of managing end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation through completion. Responsibilities include developing detailed project schedules, budgets, cash flows, and resource plans, monitoring progress and risks, and preparing comprehensive reports and dashboards to inform decision-making. The Project Manager will maintain compliance with safety guidelines and ensure that all project activities align with company objectives and regulatory requirements. Strong proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and AutoCAD is essential to succeed in this position.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive project planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion across multiple ongoing projects.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules using critical path methods and project management tools to ensure timely delivery.
• Create, monitor, and control budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost management to maintain financial discipline throughout project execution.
• Coordinate closely with consultants, contractors, architects, procurement teams, and internal stakeholders for synchronized project execution.
• Monitor daily project progress, ensure adherence to timelines, enforce quality standards, and manage project costs effectively.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively to minimize potential delays and budget overruns.
• Prepare and present regular project reports, dashboards, and updates to management and stakeholders for informed decision-making.
• Ensure full compliance with all safety standards, construction specifications, and regulatory requirements during project lifecycles.
• Supervise, mentor, and guide a team of 4 project professionals to optimize performance, productivity, and collaboration.
• Utilize project management software like Primavera P6, MS Project, and AutoCAD for efficient scheduling, tracking, and documentation.
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs rigorously, ensuring proper documentation and approval.
• Maintain strong communication channels with all project participants to resolve issues promptly and keep projects on track.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure work quality and safety compliance throughout construction and renovation phases.
